Our assessors will guide your family through a series of questions to establish your family’s particular lifestyle needs, and then recommend the right product selection for your requirements. They will even provide helpful hints on general ways to reduce energy use and lower your power bills. Our approach is different to other companies, so once the assessment is completed, you will know exactly which quality product combination is best to get the results you want.

Chairman - Mr. David Hoff

David Hoff joined the Cool or Cosy Board as a Non-Executive Director on 19 September 2007 and was appointed Chairman on 30 November 2007. David is Managing Director of PPK Group Limited, a listed public company and substantial shareholder of Cool or Cosy. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Frigrite Limited.

He has had several years experience in financial accounting positions within a multinational corporation in the mining industry followed by a position as Chief Financial Officer of a publicly listed Australian real estate development company. David has over 27 years experience in the packaging industry, in general management and managing director roles, gained with multinational corporations based in the United States of America, Europe, and with a global packaging company in the Asia Region.

Managing Director – Mr. Robert Nicholls

Robert was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Cool or Cosy Limited on 1 June 2007 and Company Secretary on 30 November 2007. He was appointed Managing Director on 8 July 2008.

Mr. Nicholls has a Masters of Business Administration (With Distinction) from Charles Sturt University, Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from the University of Technology, Sydney, and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and Chartered Secretaries Australia and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Robert has extensive corporate management experience at senior executive levels within private and public companies across a diverse range of industries. He also continues to perform the role of Company Secretary for PPK Group Limited, a publicly listed company and substantial share holder of Cool or Cosy.

Non-Executive Director – Mr. John Smith

John Smith has over 25 years experience in various general management and Chief Financial Officer Roles within multinational corporations based in Australia, United States and South East Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of NSW and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England. He has been a Certified Practicing Accountant since 1981.
