Our Team

Glenn Morelli

Managing Director

Glenn first started working at Cool or Cosy in 1994 as an Insulation Sales Consultant. After proving himself with his genuine and professional approach, Glenn was promoted to Sales Management in 2000. The sales department experienced significant growth in the following years under Glenn’s management style of promoting ethical and honest conduct with a customer first approach.

After several years of success, the then current owners were moving into retirement and like the old saying goes, “he liked the company so much he bought it!”. The success of the company has continued under Glenn’s leadership, growing to employ over 35 South Australians and be the largest local installer of Solar in the state. Glenn now has a young family of three daughters that consumes most of his time, but in his spare time he is a keen fisherman and a self proclaimed ‘sports nut’.

Stewart Fielder

Solar Logistics Manager

Prior to working for Cool or Cosy I studied commerce at the University of South Australia.

My original position when I started at Cool or Cosy in July 2009 was as the Customer Relationship Manager. In this role I followed up with every insulation customer to ensure the clients were happy and to finalise the documentation to have the government rebate deducted from their bill.

In 2010 I was promoted to the Solar Logistics Manager. This is a diverse role and I am responsible for the management of the Solar Rental sales agent, regulatory and legal compliance, overseeing SAPN connections and upgrades and negotiation of contract alterations.

Outside of work my interests are fitness and renovating houses.

Lee Coventry

Accounts / Office Manager

I started working at Cool or Cosy in 1992 as the Scheduling Coordinator, this entailed scheduling all the installations of insulation and ensuring jobs ran according to plan. I later moved into the Finance department working on Accounts Receivable. In this position I was responsible for invoicing installations, debt collection, processing of payments and financial controls.

I moved overseas to the UK, this was great experience being able to work in and tour the UK. Upon my return to Australia I came back to work at Cool or Cosy as a Scheduling Coordinator. In 2010 I was promoted to the Finance/Office Manager position. Anything to do with incoming and outgoing money and payroll passes through my office.

I am currently completing a Bachelor of Accounting degree and love spending spare time and long weekends at the River Murray.
