Glenn first started working at Cool or Cosy in 1994 as an Insulation Sales Consultant. After proving himself with his genuine and professional approach, Glenn was promoted to Sales Management in 2000. The sales department experienced significant growth in the following years under Glenn’s management style of promoting ethical and honest conduct with a customer first approach.
After several years of success, the then current owners were moving into retirement and like the old saying goes, “he liked the company so much he bought it!”. The success of the company has continued under Glenn’s leadership, growing to employ over 40 South Australians and be the largest local installer of Solar in the state. Glenn has a young family of three daughters, and in his spare time he is a keen fisherman and a self-proclaimed ‘sports nut’.

Accounts / Office Manager
Lee started working at Cool or Cosy in 1992 as the Scheduling Coordinator, this entailed scheduling all the installations of insulation and ensuring jobs ran according to plan. She later moved into the Finance department working on Accounts Receivable. In this position she was responsible for invoicing installations, debt collection, processing of payments and financial controls.
Lee then moved overseas to the UK, this was great experience being able to work in and tour the UK. Upon her return to Australia Lee came back to work at Cool or Cosy as a Scheduling Coordinator. In 2010 she was promoted to the Finance/Office Manager position. Anything to do with incoming and outgoing money and payroll passes through her office.
She is currently completing a Bachelor of Accounting degree and loves spending spare time and long weekends at the River Murray.
Darren has recently joined us as the Operations Manager, bringing with him 20 years’ experience in the electrical industry, consisting of HV Power, Renewables, Construction, Process, Commercial and Industrial background.
Recently Darren worked in a similar position looking after the day to day operations within the Renewable sector that provided specialised High Voltage Testing, Commissioning and HV plant service / maintenance for Electranet, SAPN and privately-owned Wind Farm and Solar Farms across Australia.
The key to Darren's success over the years has been his strong work ethic and problem-solving attributes. It's all about finding the right solutions through streamlined processes and procedures without affecting the product and installation quality.
Darren is very much a family man and loves spending quality time with his wife, 2 girls and his dog. He's a strong supporter of his kids sporting commitments through netball, swimming and Nippers within their local community, and a big enthusiast for Football and his local Surf Life Saving Club.
